IFS (INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS)
The self is made up of multiple parts. Like memes of a family, inner parts can take on extreme roles or sub personalities. Each individual part has its own perspective, interests, memories and viewpoint. A core tenet of IFS is that every part has a positive intent for the person, even if its actions are counterproductive and/or cause dysfunction. That being said, there’s no need to fight with, coerce, or eliminate parts; the IFS method promotes internal connection and harmony to bring the mind back into balance.
I use this method in group work, sometimes combined with IFS. I also use this in individual work. Action techniques and methods are extremely helpful to fast track towards healing, balance, and inner harmony.

ROLES and PARTS IN OUR LIVES
Many of our roles/parts are exhausted and seek balance and transformation.
Putting ourselves in someone else’s shoes, enables us to look at things from a new perspective. We also gain information and new insights into how we are perceived, and how we perceive ourselves.
I also use reversal techniques with IFS parts work. Part reversal (direct access), is a great tool to gain more insight into why this part is operating and functioning the way it is. This is a fast track towards understanding and feeling compassion for ourselves, our parts, and others.
A future projection in action, allows us to feel what it feels like to be there. A rehearsal in a sense. It also enables us to see clearly what goals we need to map (Coaching).
It can also shift the fear and unfamiliarity by allowing our brain/body sense to embody this as a reality, and therefore not view as an unattainable reality.
We can see that not only is it possible, and realistic, but we can start setting realistic goals in a grounded way. When I was coached using a future projection in Psychodrama years ago, it was the first time I actually felt like starting a business was not impossible.
Using tools to embrace our fears about asking for help, pitching a project or coaching program, speaking in front of a large audience, finding a healthy partner, revamping our business, starting a business or whatever you feel your deserve and desire, is possible. Feeling balanced, regulated, and led by our own self energy, instead of our hurt parts is my passion work.

As a TEAM BUILDING COACH, I help teams/groups build TRUST, SAFETY, and CONNECTION with one another.
In addition, I work with upper management to help identify interpersonal problem areas with a heavy focus on communication skills, interpersonal skills, role reversal and conflict management.
As a TEAM BUILDING COACH, I will work with teams/groups in a safe way to resolve conflicts, build honest communication, alleviate the need for cliques, and ultimately build connection and intimacy.

Liz uses exercises which she has developed over the years combining action techniques, acting exercises, coaching techniques, and IFS, to truly deepen your experience in connecting, understanding, and empathizing with yourself and others. Coaching in action concretizes and clarifies goals and clears space for rapid forward movement.
