Liz has orchestrated a significant shift in my view of my own traumas, helping me develop a compassionate awareness of myself and others in just a few months, something I couldn’t do in 10+ years of cognitive behavioral therapy!
Most importantly she has shown me the courage I’ve been capable of but was never able to find on my own even with the help of many therapists and psychiatrists.
She’s brought light into the dark places where fear and shame were longtime terrors.
She is an essential healer for anyone ready to do the work in their lives to change, to face fears, to stop hurting.
She has a gentle, encouraging, kind professionalism with a huge dose of intuition and courage that makes for a rare healer.
I wish I had met her 10 years earlier but I’m relieved to have met her now. She’s life changing and I am so grateful for her!

I cannot express how grateful I am for getting the opportunity to work with Liz.
After coming into a challenging time of my life with so much uncertainty and change, Liz helped me sort through the tangle of emotions and dilemmas that life began presenting me with. Together we were able to journey back to the roots of the problem and find resolve.
Liz is an amazing facilitator of IFS. We did some very deep work and Liz was always a supportive guide and holder of space. I was astonished by the depth and scope of the work. She has a very strong ‘self-energy’ that made the most vulnerable parts of me feel held. I was able to unburden many parts of my being, that I had not even been aware of, but who had been contributing to disruptions in my life. She also seamlessly incorporated elements of her other specialisations into her process and found a way to navigate even the most complex issues presented in the sessions. Throughout the work I felt safe and assured and often found relief and resolution. Unexplainably I found myself being so excited about the sessions even though it is some of the deepest work I have done.

Liz Green has been great to work with. She is very flexible and easily shifts focus when my variety of managers and firefighters pop in and divert attention. She mixes an ability to join and explore protective parts when they suddenly appear with asking them to step back in a way I and my system can really trust and rely upon. I can go deep in sessions with her consistently and honestly express what is truly going on inside of me and it doesn't phase her. I highly recommend her if you want to get to know yourself much better and be more integrated.

I have been doing sessions with Liz Green for about 10 months now and it surprises me how much nourishment each of these sessions provides. Sometimes, being a therapist you tend to let the parts of you that are self- aware or so acclimatized to psychological jargon you know that you don’t have too many expectations of becoming any more aware. However, Liz, with her generosity and kind, nourishing guiding light has gifted me a state of awareness with the tiniest details of myself, drawing me closer and closer to the genuine energy within myself that I have always been capable of, but never explored. The true beauty lies in how Liz continues to hold space, week after week which makes me feel so safe, enabling a deep dive and self-disclosure.
I have often signed in thinking I have nothing deep alive in me right now but as soon as Liz lays down the path, Voila I am already there, a new journey each time. Like a magician who has tools to maneuver me every time, especially when I am stuck in the gutted space of” Where do I go from here?”
The cherry on the icing is her sense of humor and her laughter which is infectious and puts you at ease instantly. When Liz, reminds me it is time to wind up I often wonder where the time flew by, each time coming away with far more than I intended for the session. Not to mention, but perhaps especially to, Liz is extremely professional and seriously passionate about her work which elevates the experience to a whole new space, making you want to believe in the upcoming transformations and the infinite possibilities.

For about a year, I had a highly trained therapist who was the most attuned therapist I had ever had. She has been a therapist for 30+ years and had completed lots of advanced training in multiple modalities, including IFS. Then when the pandemic began, she became overloaded and it was hard to get an appointment. I had an opportunity to work with Liz and was so, so blessed for it!!
Liz really loves what she does and it shows. She is very clearly dedicated to my healing and my growth and my success and it is obvious. She takes a ton of notes and never gives up when it comes to applying different strategies if needed. Liz is very attuned and very intuitive when working with parts. She can also be flexible when some parts sometimes do not want to talk or protective parts come in and thwart an unburdening. Liz is also mature enough to be nonreactive when especially upsetting or disturbing things come up. I have been able to do very deep work in my system around a lot of parts, thanks largely to the ability to trust Liz. What was especially amazing was that compared to working with a therapist with 30 years of experience, I did not experience any degradation in the quality of the application of the IFS model. That is a huge compliment and testament to the quality of work that Liz is able to offer. I have been feeling lighter and more free as a result of embodying more of the qualities that IFS guides one towards (calm, confidence, clarity, compassion, etc.). I highly recommend Liz for IFS coaching!
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and practice is one of the most effective methodologies I have found to address my inner pain and suffering. I found it after a few years of trying different types of therapy and coaching and I find it to be very helpful.

I’ve been working with Liz for over 12 months and in that time I have experienced marked changes and growth in many areas of my life from health and managing new habits to living better with auto immune disease, to advocating for myself at work and investing in my side hustle.
She has helped me set and reach goals by helping me to clarify my vision and stay accountable and consistent. Her approach is rooted in compassion and grace. Traits important for me when choosing someone to be vulnerable with about areas I need help with in my personal life. I felt supported, inspired and encouraged.
The coaching that Liz provided was uplifting and encouraging, and it was work. She challenged me to explore and to dig deep into feelings and attitudes underlying my desires and decisions. She guided me through each obstacle and kept me on track.
I am so grateful for Liz Green. I look forward to our weekly sessions. I’ve heard people talk about how coaching has helped them and now I understand first hand. Liz has helped me level up in so many ways.

Being coached by Liz has really been a blessing. She started coaching me spring 2019. Liz came highly recommended by a colleague who had nothing but good things to say about her. Prior to meeting Liz, I was struggling to get my business going for years. I have been working on it periodically. I always find it hard to stay motivated and not lose interest. I often felt discouraged and overwhelmed by the daunting tasks. But once Liz and I started working together she helped me break down my tasks into smaller weekly goals. Having her support and encouragement helped me stay motivated and get my business up and running in only a few months. I went from a business idea to now having a registered business with a website and marketing materials. Now I am finally ready to have my official opening. Liz is very professional, and knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me good advice or pointed me in the direction of where to go for help. I love working with Liz I look forward to our weekly coaching sessions. She is very easy to talk to and I’m excited to share my progress. She always supports my ideas and helps me figure out how to achieve them. I am always telling my friends and family about how much working with her has helped me. Liz is awesome, and I would highly recommend her as a coach!

I began working with Liz as a health coach towards a goal of being able to create a more healthful lifestyle and more conscious eating. The experience turned out to be extremely effective. She was always prompt, well-prepared, professional and enthusiastically ready to follow up on the thoughts and ideas from the previous session. She was deeply thoughtful with her questions and ready to gently challenge any ideas that were not helpful. She encouraged me to do the research needed to create the changes that I sought while bringing her own suggestions and information to supplement what I had learned, reflecting a broad knowledge of the subject matter and flexibility in her approaches. She seemed genuinely interested in my struggles as well as my progress and provided much needed accountability in helping me to meet my goals by incorporating the small but significant changes into my daily life. At this point, I have been able to succeed in committing to exercising 3 days a week and have lost a total of 20 pounds. I have 30 more pounds to go and am confident that with continued support, I will be able to make the significant changes needed to maintain my health. I would highly and enthusiastically recommend Liz Green as a coach.

Liz is a group facilitator and director. She allows our group to explore new roles and break down barriers. As a leader, Liz uses our individual creativity to support group change. She has created exercises that have brought our group to new insights through action methods.
I have personally achieved long term goals easily with Liz’s help.
Her coaching technique has transformed my ability to focus and take action. Liz has step by step worked with me to set realistic goals and has challenged my limiting beliefs. (As a result, I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months, and I feel great! We are now starting to work on my career path)!
Liz has an uncanny sense of how to focus me and establish goals.
I have had at least 15 coaching sessions with Liz and I am still amazed how easily I’ve achieved long term goals with her coaching style. I am very grateful to move beyond the patterns I have been repeating for years.

GROUP TESTIMONIALS
"Liz's IFS Psychodrama groups have been transformational for me. The best way to describe Liz is "present". She is present with whatever comes up in the content, the group dynamics, the parts, the drama, within herself, and genuinely present in every possible way. She is also very intuitive. She often seems to "just know" what a person or part really needs in any given moment, what the "question behind the question" is, and how to adjust the plan for the group in real time to hold space for whatever is coming up. Liz is also very skilled at creating structure, guidelines, and communicating expectations and boundaries clearly. This combination of presence, intuition, and compassion that Liz so naturally leads with creates an environment that is safe and transformational. I remember before joining a group that I asked her if we would be "doing real work" or if it was more of a passive educational experience. She stated that we would be doing real work, and she was completely right. I look forward to group every week, often referring to it as "the best two hours of my week." I highly recommended to anyone who is looking for safety, healing, and growth."

"Liz is an excellent group facilitator. She is authentic, has intuitive observation skills, is flexible and open to change, and maintains constant neutrality and positivity! She promotes group cohesion and the content is very engaging and informative. She has effective communication skills and is extremely patient with the group process. I would highly recommend her group to anyone looking for personal insight and growth as an individual or a professional"

I attended Liz's group for six months. Over that time I got to observe and experience the power a group can have and the transformation that can occur when a group is facilitated in a safe, skilled, and contained manner. I was drawn to this group because I had experience in psychodrama and IFS but never experienced them combined. Liz has found a brilliant way of merging the two which has helped me gain insight and awareness into my parts and working with them experientially to heal through psychodrama.

"Liz’ group was a great coming-together of therapeutic principles that really work! She led interesting, engaging activities that inspired self-reflection and held space for anything and everything that we brought to the table. The only thing I disliked was that it wasn’t long enough!"

" I participated in family systems/psychodrama group facilitated by Liz Green . Liz was able to create an environment of trust and vulnerability through her holding of the space as well as through various exercises where we shared with each other and recognized our similarities. We were able to move deeply into our own work. I found it particularly valuable to move back-and-forth between parts of myself and to do role reversal with them. This helped me to un—blend parts that had previously been combined and gave me practice getting unstuck from emotional parts where I was identified and young to a more mature place where I was wiser and more in touch with my wholeness. I am impressed by the creativity, the presence and planning that Liz put into this group. I recommend her work to those who are interested in group work involving parts and/or psychodrama"

"The combination of IFS and psychodrama was really useful to me. The psychodrama made it easier to see and unblend and interact with parts that had before been difficult to work with, and having witnesses (in the form of psychodrama participants) made the experience feel more concrete. Liz was thoughtful, responsive, and adaptative, both when guiding participants through their individual processes and in managing the group so that everyone felt seen, safe, and supported. Each meeting felt productive and there was space for participants to say what they needed to say. I am leaving the group with a sense of being seen and seeing others and with some tools and insights that I can take back into my individual work."

"I loved attending the IFS-Psychodrama group led by Liz. The atmosphere which Liz was creating and supporting throughout the sessions was very safe and authentic; it helped me explore the issues and the blocks I wanted to process. It was my first time to play with psychodrama modality. What an interesting addition to IFS it is. Seeing my parts acted out by the members of the group helped me to look at the situation from a different angle. I felt being witnessed and being validated on a very deep level. Liz had a very grounding and anchoring presence, which helped my parts to relax and to feel welcome. Liz's meditations in the beginning of each session were very special, they opened the space, created the mood and the connectedness with myself and with the group members. Loved it"

"Liz is an amazing facilitator! She creates a super safe group through her presence and the way she creates gentle and clear guidelines. Extremely tender exiles were able to show up and allow me to speak for them. When I was blended with them, Liz interjected in ways that felt affirming and encouraging that enabled capital S self to be in the driver's seat, holding the hands and hearts of my fragile parts".

These group sessions combined therapeutic techniques from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) method and Psycho-Drama (PD) therapy method.Prior to beginning these group therapy sessions, I had completed two-years of one-on-one IFS therapy and had never tried PD. I was reluctant to try PD because I had so much success with IFS, and didn’t think I could improve my experience much more.I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome! The way that Liz combined IFS and PD, not only allowed me to form stronger connections with my group, but also helped me form better relationships with my “parts!” I will definitely be continuing to combine IFS and PD, from now on! Thank you to Liz! You have had such an amazing impact of my life"

"Liz I want to say what a gift your IFS Psychodrama group has been for me. It's hard to describe all of what the experience meant to myself and our whole group which you led. From the start, we came together unknown to each other, and witnessed you create engagement between us and with you. It invoked a space of safety and respect for us each to share those rawest of parts within. And whether that session was for work on myself, or as a role/part for another, lifelong obstacles rose to the surface and dissolved, as mine & our parts within were trusted, heard, seen, and resolved. These very young ones inside us were freed of the past and enabled for the first time to join life in the present. As the IFS founder's said, there are no bad parts! Such a magical process and your depth of insight both led & followed the threads, as you guided us through such personal of experiences. I really hope you continue creating and leading groups such as this, that embodies and enacts what's buried inside, as simply talking things through is often insufficient. I'm more a kinesthetic person, and this level of engagement moved my world in a good way. Thank you"
